Trump Has ANOTHER Unbelievable Excuse For Wiretapping Lies, This Is Even WORSE (VIDEO)

News, Politics

Donald Trump’s disastrous interview with Fox News‘ Tucker Carlson just continues to make him look worse and worse – and he only has himself to thank for that.

Following his ridiculous accusations that former President Barack Obama wiretapped his phones in the Trump Tower, Trump is being bombarded with requests for evidence, which he has still been unable to produce. The Justice Department gave him the deadline of Monday to come up with proof for his allegations, and Trump failed to do so. Now up against the clock, people want answers – and Trump can’t give them any. What he is doing instead, is coming up with pathetic excuse after pathetic excuse – and he was full of them when Carlson interviewed him.

When Carlson asked Trump how he’d found out about the wiretapping, Trump said he had been “reading about things” and confessed he never verified the wiretapping with any intelligence agencies before accusing Obama of the crime on Twitter. Carlson then suggested:

“You can’t back up what you say.”

Trump’s response for this entire wiretapping debacle has got to be his most disappointing justification for lying yet:

“I have my own form of media. So if I tweet two or three or four or five times a day, and if most of them are good, and I really want them all to be good, but if I make one mistake in a month — this one I don’t think is going to prove to be a mistake at all.”

So basically, Trump is shrugging off the very serious accusations against his predecessor – which were blatant lies – as a simple “mistake” that will soon be forgotten because the rest of his tweets are “good.”

The undeserving POTUS also said that “maybe I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Twitter, because I get such a fake press, such a dishonest press.”

Trump again tried to defend himself by saying he didn’t really mean wiretapping, he meant “wiretapping”:

“Those words were in quotes. That really covers — because wiretapping is pretty old-fashioned stuff. But that really covers surveillance and many other things.”

Everyone knows Trump is lying and has no evidence that Obama wiretapped his phones. However, Trump is incapable of admitting his wrongs and taking back his false statements, so he’s going to just continue to embarrass himself.
