  • Trump Insults Obama, Betrays All ‘Stupid’ Americans In His Most Pro-Russia Tweetstorm Yet

    News, Politics

Instead of working tirelessly to gain the trust of the millions of Americans that voted against him, Donald Trump has been spending his entire transition building a reputation of being the most anti-American President this country has ever seen.

After several weeks of defending Russia and Vladimir Putin from the hacking scandal, dismissing reports from the intelligence community, and blasting President Barack Obama from putting new sanctions on Russia, Trump got on Twitter early this morning to send his most pro-Russia message yet. And quite frankly, it is going to make your stomach turn.

Just a day after an intelligence report was released that confirmed Russia’s influence in the US election to help Trump, Trump’s orange little fingers had the nerve to say “only ‘stupid’ people” would go against Russia. Is he serious?! In a series of tweets that insult every single American from Obama to intelligence experts to citizens, Trump wrote:

“Having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. Only ‘stupid’ people, or fools, would think that it is bad! We have enough problems around the world without yet another one. When I am President, Russia will respect us far more than they do now and both countries will, perhaps, work together to solve some of the many great and pressing problems and issues of the WORLD!”

If Trump believes that Russia is going to have America’s best interests in mind, he’s a fool. Putin is playing him like a fiddle – and Trump falls for it every time. President Barack Obama, in an interview with ABC, tried to remind Trump of this very fact when he said:

“One of the things I am concerned about is the degree to which we’ve seen a lot of commentary lately where there are Republicans or pundits or cable commentators who seem to have more confidence in Vladimir Putin than fellow Americans because those fellow Americans are Democrats.

What I will say is that, and I said that after the election, we have to remind ourselves that we’re on the same team. Vladimir Putin is not on our team.”

Exactly. By defending a country that has meddled in our election process, Trump is not only letting every American down, but he is putting us at great risk for further damage. His presidency was predicted to be a disaster, and he seems hellbent on living up to that.
