  • Obama Hits Back At Americans Blaming Him For Trump’s Win And It Is BRILLIANT (VIDEO)

    News, Politics

Republicans have spent the last 8 years blaming President Barack Obama for everything. Now that the Electoral College has decided that a reality television star can become the next leader of the free world, some disgruntled individuals are even trying to pin that on Obama despite the fact that our Commander-in-chief campaigned hard for Hillary Clinton and warned against a Trump presidency numerous times.

Today, President Barack Obama finally addressed the Americans who are looking for someone to blame for Trump’s win. At a press conference with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in Athens, NBC’s Chris Jansing asked Obama if he felt “any responsibility for the election of Donald Trump.” Jansing asked:

“And in the broader context, when you see his election, when you look at politicians, like Theresa May, Marie Le Pen, do you believe it is a movement away from or a rejection of your worldwide view?”

It was as if Obama had been waiting for someone to ask him this for a long time. Obama couldn’t distance himself faster from the election of Trump and the racist business mogul’s divisive rhetoric as he responded:

“Well, first of all, I think it’s fair to say I was surprised by the election results. And I’ve said so. I still don’t feel responsibility for what the President-elect says or does.”

Obama also added a subtle jab at Trump, noting that the President-elect is absolutely clueless on how to lead a country and will need serious guidance from him over the next two months:

“But I do feel responsibility as President of the United States to make sure I facilitate a good transition.”

Obama followed that up with this, shutting down all futher criticism:

“Last I checked, a pretty healthy majority of the American people agree with my world view on a whole bunch of things.”

He’s damn right. Obama not only has an insanely high approval rating amongst Americans, but he also knows that Hillary Clinton won the popular vote. Most of America does stand and agree with him, and he’s not afraid to point that out.
