  • Trump Says Obama Put Black People In Worst Shape ‘Ever, Ever, Ever’. This Tweet Proves Him WRONG (VIDEO/TWEET)

    News, Racism

At a campaign event in North Carolina on Tuesday, Donald Trump once again made a failed, disastrous attempt to reach out to African American voters.

Insulting our first African American president, Barack Obama, Trump told those gathered in Kenansville just how awful things were for black people in our country:

“We’re going to rebuild our inner cities because our African-American communities are absolutely in the worst shape that they’ve ever been in before. Ever, ever, ever.

You take a look at the inner cities: You get no education. You get no jobs. You get shot walking down the street. They’re worse, I mean honestly, places like Afghanistan are safer than some of our inner cities.”

So basically, Trump just told African Americans that the conditions in which they are living in now under President Obama are worse than what black people faced during one of the United States’ most ugly, unjust periods of American history – SLAVERY. And the frightening thing is that Trump would love to go back to that time period.

To show just how insane and out of touch the racist Republican nominee is, he later said that he was succeeding with African American communities:

“I say to the African-American communities, and I think it’s resonating, because you see what’s happening with my poll numbers with African-Americans. They’re going, like, high.”

By the way, for those of you who actually care about what is going on in the real world – Trump is still in the single digits with black voters. He’s not succeeding at all. According to poll data from the last two months, Trump is only at 5% with African American voters. That’s definitely not going to get any better – they’re NOT ‘going, like, high’ – especially with people like this calling him out on Twitter:

“Implying ‘black people had it better under slavery/Jim Crow’ is a central tenet to white supremacy. Trump’s signaling to racists is now 24/7.”

Damn right. Anyone with half a brain can see right through to Trump’s racist rhetoric, no matter how he tries to disguise it. Trump doesn’t give a sh*t about black voters – and 95% of them know it.
